Read the full CD-Fund policy- 3 Authorised sign-offs on every paymentAll financial payments, whether digital or physical, require three authorised sign-offs.
- No one person controls a paymentNo single individual or committee can initiate, authorise, and execute the same payment.
- 7 Years every record is keptAll accounting ledgers, vouchers, and contracts are archived physically and digitally for a statutory period of 7 years.
- The fund is ring-fencedIts assets are separated from the church's day-to-day operational budgets.

After making your payment, the church treasury will reconcile your contribution with your pledge. You do not need to take any further action.
Who is responsible
This project gives us and especially myself, as a professional, an opportunity to create a lasting home for worship and service at Newlife SDA Church.
My hope is that we can transform our worship experience and grow in faith.
We can create a caring church that would nurture our children and young people and welcome others into mission.
Plus, we can invest in mission supportive activities for generational impacts.
